Trust / Corrections

Corrections should leave a trail.

Material errors are corrected visibly, with the evidence and date that support the change.

Request a correction

Email corrections@itsalive.ai with the record URL, disputed statement, proposed correction, supporting source, and your relationship to the subject.

What happens next

The editor reviews the cited evidence, checks the relevant source class, and may seek additional documentation. A company statement can establish what the company says; it does not automatically establish independent performance.

How changes appear

Typos that do not change meaning may be fixed without a note. Material changes to status, availability, price, attribution, or conclusions should include what changed, when, why, and the supporting source. Old evidence should be superseded rather than silently erased.

Disagreements

If credible sources conflict, the record should describe the disagreement and avoid presenting uncertainty as settled fact. A request from a covered company does not receive preference over a well-supported request from a reader.

Timing

ItsAlive.ai cannot promise a fixed response time. Safety, identity, material factual errors, and current availability receive priority.
