At launch in May 2022, AMD said its own tests against NVIDIA GPU-based systems showed nearly 5 times the developer productivity, over 8 times the performance per watt and up to 3.5 times lower latency on specific workloads. AMD gives no AI performance figure (such as TOPS) on its current product page.
