What the evidence says
- Company claim
Bear Robotics says it has shipped more than 16,000 robots into commercial service across North America, Europe and Asia (July 2026). That count covers all of Bear's robots, not only Servi, and counts robots shipped, not robots in use.

The Servi line includes Servi, Servi Mini, Servi Plus (up to 16 entrees or 88 pounds) and the compact Servi Q; Bear says the robots navigate with lidar, cameras and mapping software and support point-to-point delivery and automatic return.

Staff load Servi's trays and send it to a table from its touch screen; at Chilango's a host enters the table number and the robot leads diners there. Bear describes the robots as taking walking off staff rather than replacing them, and offers remote support.

LG Electronics announced in January 2025 that it would raise its stake in Bear Robotics to 51% by exercising a call option, giving it management control, and move its CLOi commercial robot business into Bear. Restaurant Technology News still described the 51% stake as planned in July 2026; completion is not confirmed in the sources checked.
