    What the evidence says

    1. Independently verified

TechRadar ran an X350 for several weeks on a lawn of about 1,000 square metres with unclear borders and large trees (August 2025). It spotted and avoided a toddler's ride-on car and a football, mowed over a satsuma-sized ball and hit a tangerine-sized one.

    2. Company claim

Segway Navimow says the X3 combines satellite positioning (RTK) with camera-based mapping, uses three cameras and a time-of-flight sensor to recognize more than 200 types of obstacle, and covers lawns of up to 10,000 square metres.

Observed Oct 16, 2026 · Segway Navimow (company source)
    3. Documented by company source

In January 2026 Segway Navimow unveiled the X4 Series as its new flagship line for yards of up to 1.5 acres, from $2,500. The X3 Series stayed on sale on its US store.

    4. Independently verified

Owners control the mower from the Navimow app; neither Segway Navimow nor TechRadar describes remote staff helping the mower. Human involvement is left blank because none of the Index's options describes this.
