    3. Customer-confirmed

Two Changi Airport Group engineers, Alphonsus Tay and Tan Jin Yang, gave a talk titled "Orchestrating Interoperable Indoor Robots at Scale with Open-RMF: The Changi Airport Experience", saying the airport uses Open-RMF to run its daily cleaning-robot operations. Singapore's National Robotics Programme said in October 2025 that RMF "coordinates these diverse cleaning fleets" at Changi. The most recent dated evidence is from 2025; no source found describes the airport's use during 2026.
